Consert Hires New Corporate Counsel in San AntonioNov. 1, 2011, 1:08 PM EST
Consert Inc., an intelligent energy management company headquartered in San Antonio, has named Gini Coyle as corporate counsel.
SAN ANTONIO – Coyle brings more than 20 years of experience to her new position. She will provide counsel to executive staff, manage outside counsel, identify and analyze legal issues, draft legal documents, review company policies, ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s intellectual property. Additionally, she will plan and direct Consert’s contract administrative function, working closely with the finance and sales departments.
A member of the Texas State Bar, Coyle also has membership in the Bexar County (Texas) Bar Association, the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association (SAHRMA). Also, she has served as chair of CUE, an organization for positive employee relations, chair of the Texas State Bar Advertising Review Committee, board member of the Temple (Texas) Community Free Clinic and graduate of Leadership Temple as part of the Temple Chamber of Commerce.
Coyle received her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio and her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Prior to joining Consert, Coyle was vice president of human resources for FedEx Freight and held positions with the McLane Company and with the law firm of Clemens and Spencer.
